The internships include elements to advance your knowledge and skills in field techniques, oversee volunteer training and even develop your own mini-research project. We have an allocated volunteer house, dorm and camping options for school groups and plenty of options for custom requirements with our partnered accommodation providers -
all within a 5 minute walk of the MRC office. Just let us know what type of accommodation you would require, such as;

dining and kitchen facilitiesBreakfast, lunch and dinner are provided as a part of your project at the Marine Research Centre. Portions are generous and meals change daily. We are able to cater to vegetarian, vegan and limited allergy-restricted diets (please indicate in your booking enquiry). Check out a typical Monday in the restuarant in this sample menu;
