Hike Eswatini is a project of the All Out Africa Foundation in partnership with hiking operators All Out Africa, Chubeka Trails, Swazi Trails, Vaya Trails and Dust and Boots to develop a collaborative network of hiking trails across the Kingdom of Eswatini. We help plan, develop, clear, mark, map and promote hiking trails across Eswatini to foster eco-tourism, health, community participation, socio-economic development and environmental protection with the vision of Eswatini becoming a global hiking destination. The project being housed in the All Out Africa Foundation ensures the appropriate legal, governance and policy framework for the project enabling donor support and adherence to charitable standards. The partnership with hiking operators helps ensure the relevance of the trails and their long term sustainability. The collaboration between partners in the project helps ensure the international relevance and scale the project. We work with various land owners, communities, reserves, national authorities (including ETA and ENTC) and international partners (including UNDP, CEPF, GEF) to make this project a success.
