"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world" Nelson Mandela
We run eight day care centres (NCPs) in Eswatini working with local communities to provide early childhood education and two nutritious meals a day to orphaned and vulnerable children. This project currently educates, feeds and provides day care for over 200 vulnerable children in the crucial pre-school age in Eswatini.
These NCPs are within the Mvutjini, Elangeni, Ezulwini, Mlindazwe, Ekzukekeni, Nkhanini, Mahlanya and Bethany communities. Each NCP consists of at least one classroom, kitchen, play ground and two toilets. Most of these structures were built by All Out Africa with donations towards materials and labour. Each NCP has a local teacher and cook from the community. All Out Africa oversees the NCP management, curriculum, food provision and child care and has an NCP co-ordinator who works full-time on this.
For these NCPs to thrive they need food, educational materials and funds to support the local staff so that the kids get good care. To support one child at one of these NCPs for a whole year only costs about ZAR2,000. In Eswatini 1 in 3 children do not get pre-school education and yet this is crucial to their future success. Help us give a vulnerable child the opportunity of a bright future starting with early developmental education at one of these NCPs.

primary & high school education
Vulnerable children who graduate from our NCPs are often unable to afford books, uniforms and other basic needs for primary school, many struggle with homework, and the fees needed for attending high school are beyond the reach of most. We support as many of these kids as we can in their primary and high school education through a homework club and by paying school fees and buying uniforms and books through a sponsorship initiative. As a sponsor, you choose a child to support and you receive updates of their educational progress. Help us reach more children and do more for their education.

TERTIARY EDUCATION
We support Swazi and Mozambican university students to carry out field research for their degrees at our two field research centres. This equips them with the knowledge, skills, aptitude and motivation to become leaders in their field. In partnership with the University of Eswatini and Eduardo Mondlane University together with the support of the University of Florida and other international Universities we provide them with accommodation, food, field equipment and transport as well as the mentorship and training to carry out their field research projects. So far we have supported fifteen students, four of whom have gone on to pursue PhDs at international universities. Help us support and inspire more young minds in fields that really matter.

INTERNSHIPS
We support Internships in Eswatini. As a prospective intern we help you find a quality internship placement for a minimum of three months. Many internships lead to jobs and if not, you still gain experience and on-the-job training which is so essential for many career opportunities. For employers seeking interns we help you find quality interns. Offering an internship is an affordable way of testing a position or prospective employee to see if they are a good fit for your team or organization. We have a database of applicants and do all the sifting for you.

feed a family

Help provide food to a family that needs it most during this Corona Virus Pandemic. The economic havoc wreaked by COVID-19 has wiped out jobs and small businesses and many families are struggling to put food on the table. We buy food packages with enough food to last a family a month and deliver them to those families in Eswatini, Hout Bay (South Africa) and Tofo (Mozambique) that need it most.

We run a youth football league Eswatini, support a basketball initiative in Hout Bay (South Africa) and support a life guard program in Tofo (Mozambique). Help us reach more for health, team work, skills development, leadership and fun for those who otherwise would not have the opportunity!

build a community
|
Support us to build small infrastructure needed for community wellbeing including classrooms, toilets, soup kitchens, homes, water supply and waste facilities. We identify needed infrastructure working with community leadership authorities then fundraise to purchase the materials and labour to complete the build while managing the whole project from start to finish with the expertise of our local team.
