Help us place 1000 interns in Eswatini.
Eswatini is in a youth unemployment crisis, the third highest in the world. As an employer you can help by offering an internship at your company. This would create some affordable temporary employment and may benefit your company by having some extra hands whilst checking out a potential future employee with no strings attached.
To offer an internship as an employer we recommend you pay the intern E1,000 per month and commit to the All Out Africa internship provider code of conduct. To register your internship with All Out Africa send a brief job description and the skills, qualifications and personal traits required of the intern using the "Register Vacancy Now" form here, indicating the type of internship (see below) and confirming the start date and required duration. We will then attempt to match your vacancy with a suitable intern. If we are able to match an applicant with your vacancy we will then share the intern's CV and personal details with you (with their permission) and encourage you to invite the person for interview. If you offer the applicant an internship, you should then develop a contract confirming the details of the commitments from either party. Please ensure you inform All Out Africa immediately you accept an intern so we may track placement success and enter your organization into our rewards and acknowledgements initiative. |

We provide this service for free to companies and interns in order to address the challenge of youth unemployment. We cover our costs of staff time, advertising, administration and communication by fundraising for this purpose. The more funds we raise, the more interns we can afford to place. Our goal is to place 1000 interns. Want to help us?

feed a family
|
Help provide food to a family that needs it most during this Corona Virus Pandemic. The economic havoc wreaked by COVID-19 has wiped out jobs and small businesses and many families are struggling to put food on the table. We buy food packages with enough food to last a family a month and deliver them to those families in Eswatini, Hout Bay (South Africa) and Tofo (Mozambique) that need it most.

let's play

Support us to get children and youth playing sport. We teach swimming, ball skills, cycling, running and fun activity games to young orphaned and vulnerable children Eswatini. We run a youth football league Eswatini, support a basketball initiative in Hout Bay (South Africa) and support a life guard program in Tofo (Mozambique). Help us reach more for health, team work, skills development, leadership and fun for those who otherwise would not have the opportunity!

build a community
|
Support us to build small infrastructure needed for community wellbeing including classrooms, toilets, soup kitchens, homes, water supply and waste facilities. We identify needed infrastructure working with community leadership authorities then fundraise to purchase the materials and labour to complete the build while managing the whole project from start to finish with the expertise of our local team.
